Pre-conference activities begin with registration at 1pm followed by Speed Networking and Poolside Welcome Reception in the evening.  Arrive early, get settled in and start making connections.

WEDNESDAY

The conference will begin with breakfast at 8am followed by new, interactive workshops to assess contract risk and inspect spending models, and a full afternoon of breakouts focused on managing leverage while juggling the complexities of cloud infrastructure, risk of software audit, entrenched legacy hardware and software suppliers, and the skyrocketing costs of professional and managed services.

THURSDAY

APRIL 25

The conference concludes Thursday at noon after a morning of more than a dozen supplier briefings led by our Analytics Team, Subject Matter Experts and Practice Leaders.  Briefings will feature specific examples and highlight trends extracted from the 6,000+ client deals we've analyzed in the past year.  These briefings will arm you with actionable intelligence on your key suppliers and provide ample time for peer discussion and open Q&A.
